At Wincott & Co., we are committed to delivering our executive-standard garments to our global clientele with precision and care. Below you will find our transparent delivery procedures for the United Kingdom and international destinations.

1. Processing Time

All orders are meticulously prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed during UK bank holidays or peak seasonal events may experience slight delays. You will receive a secure tracking number via email as soon as your garments are dispatched.

2. Delivery Services & Timelines

We provide fully tracked delivery to ensure your order reaches you securely.

  • Complimentary UK Standard Delivery: > * Cost: FREE (£0.00)

    • Transit Time: 7 to 15 working days.

  • UK Express Delivery:

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

    • Transit Time: 2 to 4 working days.

  • International Delivery (Outside UK): > * Transit Time: 10 to 20 working days depending on the destination.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, an automated email will be sent to you containing a direct tracking link. You may also track your parcel via our dedicated 'Track Your Order' page on our website using your order number and email address.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our United Kingdom clients, we take every measure to ensure a seamless delivery process. However, as Wincott & Co. is operated by M&D GROUP LLC (USA), please note:

  • Import Charges: Depending on the order value (typically over £135), your parcel may be subject to local customs duties or VAT as per UK government regulations.

  • Responsibility: These additional charges are the responsibility of the client. Wincott & Co. does not have control over these government-mandated fees.

5. Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of purchase. Wincott & Co. is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. Should a parcel be returned to our facility due to an incomplete address or failure to collect, a redelivery fee will apply.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 working days following dispatch, please contact clientservices@wincottandco.com. We will immediately initiate a formal investigation with the courier. Should a parcel be confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at your preference.
