Refund policy

1. Eligibility

Garments must remain unworn, unwashed, and in their pristine original condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Return Postage: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind or sizing), the client is responsible for return postage costs. In the rare event of a faulty garment, Wincott & Co. will fully cover the return delivery expenses.

  • Restocking Fees: Wincott & Co. does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

2. Initiating a Return

To begin the process, please email clientservices@wincottandco.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  1. Our Client Services team will provide a Return Authorisation and the specific address of our UK returns facility.

  2. Please dispatch the parcel using a secure, trackable delivery service.

  3. Note: Parcels returned without prior authorisation may be declined to ensure our process remains secure and traceable.

3. Statutory Cancellation Right (UK)

In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a 30-day cooling-off period to cancel your order. Upon notifying us of your intent to return, you have a further 30 days to dispatch the goods back to us.

Under these regulations, if you return your entire order within this timeframe, we will refund the full purchase price. As Wincott & Co. provides complimentary standard delivery on all orders, no original delivery fees are applicable for refund.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

  • Legal Limit: In accordance with UK law, refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or verifiable proof of postage).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Should a garment arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact clientservices@wincottandco.com immediately with photographs and your order number. We will resolve the issue swiftly to our executive standard.
