SECTION 2 - OUR COLLECTIONS & GARMENTS We strive for absolute accuracy in our digital renderings. However, please note that colours and textures may vary slightly depending on your device settings. All garment descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS An order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason. In such cases, we will notify you via the contact details provided. Your purchase is for personal use only and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change. Unless stated otherwise, prices for the UK market may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs charges levied by the destination country. As the importer of record, you (the client) are responsible for these charges. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information for all transactions.
SECTION 5 - DELIVERY & DISPATCH We aim for excellence in delivery. While dispatch dates are estimates, in accordance with UK consumer law, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of the order date, you are entitled to a full refund unless a longer period was expressly agreed upon. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our garments to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage and databases.

SECTION 14 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, where M&D GROUP LLC is headquartered, without prejudice to your mandatory statutory rights under the laws of the United Kingdom.
